Upon arriving at Santa Garden Resort, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for our stay. The staff's warm hospitality truly stood out, making our trip exceptionally pleasant. The resort exudes tranquility, with meticulously maintained gardens and a serene pool area to unwind.The rooms, though basic, are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. While the absence of lunch and dinner options on-site was notable, the staff's assistance in recommending nearby dining spots like Iris Cafe and Linda added to the local experience.Although the lack of certain amenities like a fitness center or a poolside snack bar may deter some, the peaceful location and attentive service compensate for it. The option to refund unused days showcases the hotel's flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction.Santa Garden Resort strikes a balance between value and luxury, making it a viable choice for a tranquil retreat near town.
